Deposits are non refundable. At Trusty Training Solutions we fully understand emergencies happen so we do allow for one reschedule. A reschedule must be requested prior to the start of the originally scheduled class. All weekday classes must have a minimum of four (4) students and weeekend classes must have a minimum of seven (7) students registered and paid to commence. If in the event any class session does not have the minimum number of participants, those in whom are registered will be contacted and offered to either receive a refund for their deposit or be transferred to one of the next two (2) available class sessions and is 5% discount for any inconvenience. Also note that is the responsibility of the student to ensure they are eligible to be issued any licensure for which they are attending class.
