If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you should immediately discontinue use or viewing of this website.
If you wish to make use of TTS features or services, you agree to the terms in this Agreement and indicate your acceptance of the same by continued use of the website along with acceptance during the registration process. We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update the terms and conditions of this Agreement. DMI may refuse to offer or continue offering the website to any person for any reason or no reason and may change its eligibility criteria from time to time.
1.0 Description of Service – Limited Use License Agreement
TTS operates the ShootingClasses.com website, which is a website developed in an effort to provide both students and instructors with a platform to make firearms instruction easy. TRAINWITHTRUSTY.COM provides the opportunity for Users to match their firearm skill levels with the right instructors and courses around the country. TRAINWITHTRUSTY.COM provides access to firearms training from beginner and concealed carry classes to advance tactical training designed for police safety forces around the country. Top instructors from all over the country will teach and students will learn. ShootingClasses.com takes the hassle out of running a firearms training instruction business with its state of the art online class management system, payment processing and calendaring. Focus on your training and your students and less on administrative work.

2.0 Registration Process
To become a registered User, the User must complete the registration process by providing TTS (or its service providers, like GoDaddy.com, square.com as its payment processor) with current, complete and accurate information, as more specifically required by the registration procedures. By way of illustration and not limitation: to register, prospective User may be required to specify a username and password, and to provide your name, address, zip code, legitimate electronic mail address and certain additional information (for example, your preferred contact method, firearms training qualifications and goods and services that may be of interest); in order to obtain certain aspects of the Service, Users may also elect to provide access information related to his or her accounts at social networking websites (such as, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn); and in order to register for classes Users will be required to provide information about your authorized payment method for billing purposes which is being handled by Stripe.com. In the future, TTS may discontinue supporting any particular payment method or it may support additional payment methods (for example, Google Wallet, Amazon Payments, or Apple Pay).
Each User shall maintain and update their registration profile data, to ensure that it is always current, complete and accurate. At its sole discretion, DMI may refuse to accept any User’s registration for any reason.
Upon acceptance, TTS will provide access credentials to the registered User. Each User will be solely liable for any and all activities under User’s account. Multiple User accounts are prohibited. Any individual User may only register for and maintain one (1) account.
3.0 Proprietary Rights to Content
You acknowledge and agree that this website contains information, data, software, photographs, graphics, text, images, logos, icons, typefaces, audio and video material, and/or other material (collectively referred to as “Content”) protected by copyrights, trademarks, patents, service marks, or other proprietary rights, and that these rights are valid and protected in all forms, media, and technologies existing now or hereinafter developed.

14.0 Firearms Products and Instruction Disclaimer Information
I hereby assume all risks by agreeing to the following:
1. That I am voluntarily participating in the Firearms Training Course taught by Trusty Training Solutions, LLC, Donell Trusty, Jr., or his legal representatives. I understand the risks and hazards involved, and I recognize serious and life-threatening injuries can occur while carrying or using a firearm, participating in class, or later from the materials presented, whether caused by the passive or active negligence of Donell Trusty, Jr. or his representatives, Baltimore, Maryland, and The Guntry Club Shooting Range and its entities or otherwise.
2. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in class. I represent that I am physically fit and I have no medical, psychological, or any other condition, which would prevent my full participation in the firearms class.
3. I realize that liability may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released, from dangerous or defective equipment or property owned, maintained, or controlled by them or because of their possible liability without fault.
4. In consideration of being permitted to participate in the activities of the firearms training class, I agree to assume full responsibility for any and all risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the class.
5. In further consideration of being permitted to participate in the firearms training class, I, my legal heirs, executors, administrators, next of kin, successors, or legal representatives knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive, release, discharge, hold harmless and promise to indemnify and covenant not to sue Trusty Training Solutions, LLC, Donell Trusty, Jr., or his representatives, Baltimore City/County, Maryland, and The Guntry Club Shooting Range; their agents, facilities owner, officers, director, shareholders, employees, instructors, volunteers, or representatives from any and all injuries or damages of whatsoever kind and nature that I may sustain as a result of participating in the firearms training class, or of direct or indirect use of the instruction of the class. I understand that this type of training may result in minor injuries such as bruises and lacerations.
6. I certify that I am over the age of twenty-one (21) years and I am legally entitled to own and use a handgun and/or firearm. (If under 21, you MUST be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21. The accompanying adult will be required to acknowledge and sign this waiver)
7. I agree that any provisions of this release are held to be invalid, nevertheless, the balance of the release shall continue in full force and effect.
8. I agree that if the instructor believes that I am or will be involved in criminal activity, the instructor will expel me from the class with no refund. I also agree the parties covered in this waiver are not liable for slander and/or libel as part of being expelled.
9. I agree that if the instructor believes that I am or will be unsafe or dangerous, the instructor will expel me from the class with no refund. I also agree the parties covered in this waiver are not liable for slander and/or libel as part of being expelled.
10. I understand that photos and video may be taken during the course and agree that my image may be used for advertising and that extreme close up frontal facial angles and names will not be published without prior approval.
11. I understand that I must sign this release of liability and fully comprehend the structure and nature of the class, and also the risks involved before being allowed to participate in this class. I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents. I have been informed of all risks involved and I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
12. I understand that I am financially liable for any damages caused by myself to the The Guntry Club facilities and that all charges are to be paid directly to the facility per their requirements.
The instructor will provide training and instruction on the required legal topics associated with Maryland HQL and Maryland Wear & Carry Training Mandates set forth by the Maryland State Police Licensing Division; however WILL NOT provide legal advice or opinion. The instructor IS NOT representing any Law Enforcement Agency.
15.0 Third-Party Websites
TTS may include links to other websites that are owned and operated by online merchants, vendors, suppliers, manufacturers, material men, contractors, subcontractors, service providers and/or other third parties (collectively referred to as “Vendors”). Any such links to Vendors websites are provided for your convenience only, and such links do not imply endorsement by TTS of such Vendor websites or the content contained therein. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for the availability of, or the content located on or through, any Vendor website. You should contact the website administrator for those Vendor websites if you have any concerns regarding such links or the content located on such websites. Your use of Vendor websites is subject to the terms & conditions of use and privacy policies of each website. This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to any principals of conflicts of law. Any and all services and rights of use hereunder are considered performed in the State of Maryland, United States and You agree that any action at law or in equity that arises out of or relates to this website or these Terms & Conditions of Use will be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Baltimore, MD and the Circuit and/or District Courts of Maryland, and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.
17.0 Compliance with Laws and International Use
You assume all knowledge of applicable laws and are responsible for compliance with any such laws. You may not use our website in any way that violates applicable state, federal, or international laws, regulations or other government requirements.

20.0 Botnets
TTS retains the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate any User involved with botnets and related activities. If any hostnames are used as command and control points for botnets, TTS reserves the right to direct the involved hostnames to a honeypot, loopback address, logging facility, or any other destination at our discretion.
21.0 Spamming
Use of TTS by you for spamming is strictly prohibited.
22.0 Apple Terms
In the event that User obtains any App through the Apple App Store, offered by Apple, Inc. (“Apple”), the following shall apply:
Both User and DMI acknowledge that the agreements in the Terms of Service are concluded between User and DMI only, and not with Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for the App;
User will only use the App in connection with an Apple device that User owns or controls;
User acknowledges and agrees that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App;
In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, including those implied by law, User may notify Apple of such failure; upon notification, Apple’s sole warranty obligation to User will be to refund to User the purchase price, if any, paid for the App;
User acknowledges and agrees that DMI, and not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims User or any third party may have in relation to the App;
User acknowledges and agrees that, in the event of any third party claim that the App or User’s possession and use of the App infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, DMI, and not Apple, will be responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any such infringement claim;
User represents and warrants that User is not located in a country subject to a S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that User is not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties;
Both User and DMI acknowledge and agree that, in using the App, User will comply with any applicable third party terms of agreement which may affect or be affected by such use;
Both User and DMI acknowledge and agree that Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third party beneficiaries of this Agreement, and that upon User’s acceptance of the Terms of Service, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce the Terms of Service against User as the third party beneficiary hereof; and

23.0 Miscellaneous Terms
These Terms & Conditions of Use constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us, superseding any prior agreements and understandings, and govern your use of the website. You also may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use affiliate services, third-party content or third-party software. Our failure to enforce or exercise any right or provision of these Terms & Conditions of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Illness policy/agreement
Within the last 10 Calendar Days:
I have not knowingly been in contact with anyone suspected of being positive for the Flu or COVID-19 or any of its variants.
I have not tested positive for the Flu or COVID-19 or any of its variants.
I have not experienced any Flu or COVID-19 related symptoms.
I understand:
- At the time of the class/event my answer to the above questions must be "no" in order for me to attend the class/event.
- Trusty Training Solutions makes every attempt to ensure the classroom, all training tools and equipment are properly and thoroughly sanitized prior to each class session.
- Masks are optional. Disposable masks are available on-site.
- In addition to routinely being tested for COVID both 48 and 24 hours prior to any and all in person sessions, all staff members have been vaccinated and boosted.
- I reserve the right request that staff members wear masks when working within 6 feet of me.
- The TTS Staff reserves the right to remove any individual from the class who exhibits COVID or Flu like symptoms. The removed student will be allowed the opportunity to reschedule.
Firearms training agreement
I hereby assume all risks by agreeing to the following:
1. That I am voluntarily participating in the Firearms Training Course taught by Trusty Training Solutions, LLC, Donell Trusty, Jr., or his legal representatives. I understand the risks and hazards involved, and I recognize serious and life-threatening injuries can occur while carrying or using a firearm, participating in class, or later from the materials presented, whether caused by the passive or active negligence of Donell Trusty, Jr. or his representatives, Baltimore, Maryland, and The Guntry Club Shooting Range or any other training facilities used and its entities or otherwise.
2. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in class. I represent that I am physically fit and I have no medical, psychological, or any other condition, which would prevent my full participation in the firearms class.
3. I realize that liability may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released, from dangerous or defective equipment or property owned, maintained, or controlled by them or because of their possible liability without fault.
4. In consideration of being permitted to participate in the activities of the firearms training class, I agree to assume full responsibility for any and all risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the class.
5. In further consideration of being permitted to participate in the firearms training class, I, my legal heirs, executors, administrators, next of kin, successors, or legal representatives knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive, release, discharge, hold harmless and promise to indemnify and covenant not to sue Trusty Training Solutions, LLC, Donell Trusty, Jr., or his representatives, Baltimore City/County, Maryland, and The Guntry Club Shooting Range or any other training facilities used; their agents, facilities owner, officers, director, shareholders, employees, instructors, volunteers, or representatives from any and all injuries or damages of whatsoever kind and nature that I may sustain as a result of participating in the firearms training class, or of direct or indirect use of the instruction of the class. I understand that this type of training may result in minor injuries such as bruises and lacerations.
6. I certify that I completely understand that I must be twenty-one (21) years of age to be issued a Maryland Wear & Carry Permit unless a Security or Private Detective Agency is sponsoring me. (If under the age18, you MUST be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21. The accompanying adult will be required to acknowledge and sign this waiver).
7. I agree that any provisions of this release are held to be invalid, nevertheless, the balance of the release shall continue in full force and effect.
8. I agree that if the instructor believes that I am or will be involved in criminal activity, the instructor will expel me from the class with no refund. I also agree the parties covered in this waiver are not liable for slander and/or libel as part of being expelled.
9. I agree that if the instructor believes that I am or will be unsafe or dangerous, the instructor will expel me from the class with no refund. I also agree the parties covered in this waiver are not liable for slander and/or libel as part of being expelled.
10. I understand that photos and video may be taken during the course and agree that my image may be used for advertising and training verification purposes and grant Trusty Training Solutions full authority to use my image for the purposes of advertising Trusty Training Solutions.
11. I understand that I must sign this release of liability and fully comprehend the structure and nature of the class, and also the risks involved before being allowed to participate in this class. I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents. I have been informed of all risks involved and I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
12. I understand that I am financially liable for any damages caused by myself to any training facilities used and that all charges are to be paid directly to the facility per their requirements.
13. I certify that I am not prohibited from possessing or using a firearm in any jurisdiction(s) in which my class is being held and/or federally.
14. I understand that there will be no refunds for deposits nor final payments except in the event Trusty Training Solutions has to cancel or postpone a class for any reason other than an act of God (I.e. severe weather or natural disaster) or Instructor Illness.
The instructor(s) will provide training and instruction on the required legal topics associated with all Training Mandates set forth by the governing state and/or locale associated with the permits you are registered for; however WILL NOT provide legal advice or opinion. The instructor IS NOT representing any Law Enforcement Agency.
Deposits & refunds
Deposits are non refundable. At Trusty Training Solutions we fully understand emergencies happen so we do allow for one reschedule. A reschedule must be requested prior to the start of the originally scheduled class. All classes must have a minimum of five (5) students registered and paid to commence. If in the event any class session has less than five (5) students registered, those in whom are registered will be contacted and offered to either receive a refund for their deposit or be transferred to one of the next two (2) available class sessions. Also note that is the responsibility of the student to ensure they are eligible to be issued any licensure for which they are attending class.
